GEA Kuba is a worldwide leading manufacturer of application based high performance Air Coolers for commercial and large commercial installations. GEA Goedhart is a specialist producer of standard and non-standard finned heat exchangers, focused on high qualiy applications and custom engineered products. The acquisition of ICG is fully in line with GEA Refrigeration's selective growth through acquisitions.

The building of these leading brands Kuba, Goedhart, Searle and Raffel creates a market-leading producer in the airside refrigeration business. GEA Refrigeration is now able to serve customers in the commercial, large commercial, semi-industrial and industrial markets with solutions which vary from standardized to engineered to orded.

ICG will be intergrated into GEA Refrigeration in order to realize further growth and synergy effects as rapidly as possible.
